Stockland Northpoint Plaza Brand 2007 Promotion Terms and Conditions of Entry:
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes that can be won form part of these terms and conditions of entry. A person who enters into the promotion is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 2. The Promoter is Stockland Property Management Pty Limited ABN 22 000 059 398, 133 Castlereagh St, Sydney 2000. 3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who fulfill the entry requirements set out below. The directors, management and employees of the promoter, its related companies and agencies, retailers and suppliers to the promoter, and the immediate families of the above listed persons are ineligible to enter. 4. The promotion commences at 6am on Monday 3rd December 2007 and closes at 5pm on Friday 21st December 2007. 5. How to enter: (i) if you are handed a $5 VOUCHER FROM PROMO STAFF, FILL IT IN, TAKE IT INSTORE TO REDEEM AND GO INTO THE DRAW OR (ii) spend $8 or more at any retailer at Northpoint Plaza, North Sydney and receive a stamp on your entry card (a card can be obtained from any of the retailers at Northpoint Plaza, North Sydney) then simply fill in the entry details on the card and place it into the barrel located in the Northpoint Plaza Atrium at Northpoint Plaza. 6. There is no limit to the number of times an entrant can enter. 7. There is a limit of 1 x $5 voucher per customer, per transaction. The $5 voucher is not redeemable for cash. Credit notes will not be issued as change for spend under $5. No change will be given for spend under $5. 8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost entries and may refuse to accept late or illegible entries at its absolute discretion. 9. The winning entrants will each receive the following prizes: Total Value of Prize Pool: $9996 First Prize: LG 60 inch Plasma Display with Digital Tuner RRP: $5499. Fourth Prize: Garmin NUVI 250 GPS Navigation System RRP: $499.There will be one winner for each prize, 4 winners in total. The brand of prize items is subject to availability. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or lesser value. 10. The draw will take place at Stockland Management Office, Northpoint, Level 11, 100 Miller Street, North Sydney on Tuesday, 10th January 2007 at 10am. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The people whose details are contained on the first four valid entries drawn from the barrel will win the prizes. 12. The winners will be notified by telephone and email. Also a notice announcing the result of the draws will be placed on the Northpoint Plaza Website no later than Thursday, 10th January 2007 5pm. 13. If any of the winners are under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. 14. The winners must collect their prize from Stockland Management Office by Thursday 10th April 2008 at 12pm. The office is located on Level 11, 100 Miller Street, North Sydney Phone: 02 9033 9800. The winners are encouraged to collect their prize as soon after the winners have been announced as possible. The promoter takes no responsibility for any damage caused whilst holding the goods for collection, once the winners have been announced. 15. The prize is non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 16. A winner of the prize must produce identification in a form acceptable to the Promoter before collection of the prize and must sign an acknowledgement that he/she has received the prize. If the winner is not identified by 12pm on Thursday 10th April 2008, or any of the winners of the prizes do not claim their prize by 12pm on Thursday 10th April 2008, the promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on Friday 11th April 2008 in order to distribute the unclaimed prize by that date, subject to any written directions given by a relevant authority including any given under the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 and/or the Lotteries and Art Unions Regulation 2002. 17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the winners taking and using of any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
